I can officially say that I have read Harry Potter! Wow! I honestly thought this day would never come.

I have always resented reading this because I just wasn’t able to pronounce the names when I was younger. I know, funny, right. But... since I’m older I quickly got over that and dove right in. I was pleasantly surprised at how fun it was to read. It was just a good book. I loved all the characters and fell in love with each of them. They make the story really unique, I think.

I’m sure most of you have read Harry Potter before so I won’t do a whole spiel of it but I really do think this is a good book and a must read for all ages. It’s very captivating and exciting. It never got boring and the characters were very relatable in different ways. However, I was confused at how young they were because I thought they would at least be 13 but nope, they’re 10. I mean, if I saved the world from unleashing Voldemort into immortality at 10 years old, I would be very proud of myself.

I’m really excited to read the next books in the series but I have to wait 11 weeks! That’s because I’m getting them from the library and everyone seemed to have the same idea as me. Overall, I love this book more than I thought I would and it’s great for all ages.

P. S. Hermione is very much a queen and didn’t need to be attacked by Ron in the beginning but I’m glad they’re friends now.
